HEPCW - Higher Education Purchasing Consortium, Wales / Consortium Pwrcasu Addsg Uwch, Cymru

The Procurement Heads Group (PHG) is a forum for procurement professionals within the consortium and members are typically the senior procurement managers from each institute, plus the HEPCW Procurement Manager. If the member institute does not have a procurement officer, then one of the procurement professionals from another institute undertakes to represent that institute.

The PHG will meet to discuss issues as and when required, which have the potential to significantly impact upon members' activities.
